I thought this was the Pittsburgh chain of the same name. It is not. I called and made an appointment. Don said someone would be there at ten and would call 20 minutes before arrival. By noon no one had called or showed up, so I called. I talked to Don again, he said he'd find out what the problem was and call right back. He never called back. Don's delivery men Jason and Alex were the BEST! In 25 years of owning a home no one has made a delivery of a purchase to us that gave better service. Both were courteous, careful and went above and beyond to make sure eveything was done right. They made my laundry room more user friendly by suggesting and doing things I hadn't thought of or asked them to do. They took pride in their work and the company they represent. They deserve a big round of applause-JOB WELL DONE! Thank you for being a pleasure to deal with.
