I thought this was the Pittsburgh chain of the same name. It is not. I called and made an appointment. Don said someone would be there at ten and would call 20 minutes before arrival. By noon no one had called or showed up, so I called. I talked to Don again, he said he'd find out what the problem was and call right back. He never called back.
