Manager is awesome goes the extra mile for all residents, always available. She is very nice, professional and makes this place feel a special place. The community is clean, no drama, it’s a nice place to live at. Never had a problem with anything. I love living here! Thank you for everything you do!
I recently moved back to Donovan village I like it better this time around it’s more secure and cleaner. Also love when something’s wrong they fix it ASAP and make sure everything is working properly. I lived here 2 1/2 years when the old manager worked here she was never here hard to get ahold of her but the new manager is always available and makes everyone feel welcome and at home. how much for rent and what are the requirements
Los apartamentos están bien pero lo malo es la manayer Sandy ya tenemos más d dos semanas sin aire acondicionado por k si lo prendemos sale un olor a caño a mierda ya eh ido varias veces a preguntar cuando van a venir arreglar eso y nada k m confirman nomas nos k van a venir tal día y nada k vienen esto es un asco 🤢 no se los recomiendo a nadie y la manayer Sandy nos dijo k si nos queríamos ir pues k nos vayamos así nomas ojalá y el dueño se entere y la despida por k no ase bien su trabajo
Donavon village has a manager that is never on the property on a regular basis for what ever reasons she is always taking off making it impossible to handle my apartment bsns and maintenance Donavon village also does not honor US veterans that served and fought for our rights to enjoy the freedom that we do today I am a veteran who had recently become homeless with my 15 yr old son and they were happy to take the checks from various VA agencies but at the last minute when I got my VA housing voucher they refused it and now m... read more

Love all the green space... very well kept. Hidden gem for sure! The Independence Heights area is the new Heights.
Visited this property today. Grounds are immaculate, staff is friendly and there lots of green space for the kids to play. My wife and I just really loved it.
