I called Donovan Roofing to inspect our roof last year after a hail storm. They were very responsive. However, the younger guy they sent to inspect our roof said there wasn't any damage. He spent about 5 minutes on our garage roof and didn't even go up to the main roof. I called another roofing company who found obvious damage to our roof and gutters. We ended up using the other company to replace our roof which was fully covered by insurance.
