AJ came to clean our relatively new boiler and explained what he found and how he corrected a minor problem. Friendly and knowledgeable, he explained their annual plans. I also like dealing with their office staff, who on a recent occasion, got our controller board lined up for replacement just prior to some cold weather and got a tech dispatched after hours to keep us warm.

Had issue furnace jan 4 2025 Called WestAllis office... 6 degrees temp furnace took vacation stop running ..... Ross came diagnosis bad pressure switch quickly...... Tech arrives 1.50 hrs after I call $375.00 fix reasonable Will use him (Ross) again or John previously used A+++ West Allis office close in my neighborhood FANTASTIC!!
