Dr. Donovan was highly recommended to me by my Primary Physician, noting he is an expert in his field. From the beginning, Dr. Donovan was very informative. I was persistent with wanting answers and even before the tests, he was accurate with his predictions and compassionate when informing me. He explained everything thoroughly and my wife and I felt safe and 100% confident in his care. He and Scott make a great team and I recommend them.

Dr. Donovan was very informative, thorough, and compassionate. He answered all of my questions and gave me a sense of peace about my upcoming procedure. I would recommend him to anyone seeking thyroid care.

I had a great experience with Dr. Donovan from the initial exam through the surgery including the anesthesiologest and the nurses. He was very informative and thorough. I've had other surgeries and this was my best experience as I had almost no pain or swelling afterward.

HORRIBLE traumatizing experience . Never will recommend this so called "doctor". Long story short, administered numbing agent eaiting less than a minute and started cutting away, I left in tears and barley able to catch my breath none the less talk. Not the only person either, after this day I looked him up and sae other people with similar experience.

I had a similar experience as Faith. We waited for about 35 minutes in the exam room for Dr. Donovan. Then he rushed in, quickly asked why we were there, and everything was over in about 5 minutes. The appointment left me wondering why I bothered. This was for my child so perhaps he is better with adults, I'm not sure. We spent an hour and a half at the office and I left with no new knowledge.

I would recommend Dr. Donovan to all of my family and friends. He was informative with pro’s and con’s prior to my recent surgery. He not only listened to my concerns but acted on them which gave me and my husband peace of mind. On the day of surgery, I felt I was his number one priority and nothing else mattered. He did a fantastic job. He and his team did a top notch job with follow-up as well. He is a straight shooter – no BS.

I have now visited Dr. Donovan on two separate occasions for two separate issues. Both times I have found him to be very cold and condescending. I was made to feel that I was stupid for coming in with a lesser issue than he is accustomed. it's all about speed of appointment. I would not recommend anyone to this Dr. who actually prefers to be treated like a human being versus a notch on his charts for the day. I will however add, his staff is amazing, on the ball and very kind.

I adore Dr Donovan on many levels. He is a top notch surgeon who did a punch of a tumor. He guided me through the process and has treated me as a person/family member. I continue to do follow up with him and trust him over chemo and rad doctors I had. He's the cats meow and I consider him one of the angels that has helped me overcome cancer.
