From the maintenance guys who check my system, to Steve who helped me when I needed to buy a new HVAC unit, to Luke and his assistant who installed the unit all were very thorough I explaining my options, how to care for the new unit, how to use the Nest thermostat, and they did a great job installing everything and educating me on how to use it. We had an excellent experience with Donovan Heat and Air. It began with a visit by one of their comfort specialists, after we noticed that the humidity level in our our home had become uncomfortable. After looking at our system he recommended that we purchase a whole home dehumidifier. A week later a three-person team showed up at 8:00 a.m. and spent the day installing the various components of the system, the dehumidifier, electrical panel, return, and control switch.
