I lived at 5735 Ellsworth Ave., in Shadyside. Beware! The landlord seems nice and all, he even helped me move in. But he destroyed all of my furniture and even damaged the wall after I told him to stop moving my stuff. He told me he d come back and fix the wall but never did. Now a year later that I m out of there, not only do I not have furniture (because he damaged it), but he also charged me \$100 to fix the wall he said he would fix but never did! I was a tenant for two years under them, and they hardly take care of the place. It took 3 weeks for them to fix a leaky roof. It took building inspectors to summon them to fix a broken window (an original 1907 window) when it broke due to rapid change in weather. They are no good at maintaining property, and they will leave you out to dry when you seek repairs. Do not rent from them.
