The job still needs to be completed. Even though I spoke with people in your office twice about the filter needing to be replaced, Jarvis did not have one on the truck. Please let's finish the job. Otherwise, the technician was fine.
I don't like writing reviews, but I feel obligated to warn other people when I encouter unethical business that should be avoided. We contacted Donny's since our downstairs AC unit wasn't working properly. We have 2 AC systems in our house, and while the upstairs was "coolng fine", the downstairs unit was blowing lukewarm air. To make it short, we ended up contacting them "3 times" to get it fixed. A technician named Scott came twice and did some work, but the same problem persisted.
