Customer service was excellent felt right at home when I first walked in!
I'll never go to a big name/chain jewelry store again. One step into this store and I was hooked. Donny and his staff are exceptionally friendly, community oriented, and truly want to please you and won't stop until you are totally satisfied. The store is small compared to places like Kay, but my goodness, there just is no other comparison -- Donny's wins hands down. Donny and his entire staff are terrific! I've been in multiple times, and have wonderful service every time. I went in a couple of days ago to get my engagement and wedding bands soldered together. I was sad that I would be without them over the upcoming holiday, and Donny made a special trip at no charge to get it taken care of so I could get it back in time. It's that sort of extra special service and attention that makes Donny's Diamond Gallery the place to go. Highly recommend!
I've known Donny for years & he has always gone above & beyond in providing excellent customer service. He treats everyone like family & your jewelry like it's a precious heirloom. I took my wedding ring in to have the prongs repaired. The quick turn around was greatly appreciated because my hand felt naked without it! Thanks again for you & your staff taking such great care of me.
