Wheather purchasing or repairing jewelry, his service is excellent. His business is very customer oriented and he truly appreciates your business. Excellent customer service from the moment you enter the store to the time you leave. Donny and his team make you feel welcome and like part of a big family, they have great attention to detail, they go far and beyond on their work. We loved our new pendant and my wedding band being resized and re-engraved ! Definitely they do a great job and will recommend them to anyone needing not only quality but also a great professional team!

For fine quality custom design jewelry... "I promise you will not go anywhere else after you go to Donny's" Customer service after the sale means so much to me. My diamond ring design is like no other I have ever seen. All my friends jaws drop when they see the quality and design of my diamond ring. I normally don't give reviews but this was one time I could not pass up because not only am I in love with my ring but the customer service is over the top.
Years ago, sitting at a stoplight on the service road of South Parkway and Bob Wallace, I glanced to my right and locked eyes with Donny - in his store. He motioned for me to come in. We exchanged hand gestures and smiles and I went about my day. Even one lane over and through the glass of his store, my immediate thought was how warm and genuine he was. I have known Donny since I was a teenager. I am 55 now. I have bought much jewelry from him over the years. He treats you as though you are the only other person on earth. He appreciates your business, and your friendship, on a personal level.
