this would be a great program if scheduling were easier - we gave up on Donna's because I was unable to schedule my 2 kids with the same teacher several weeks in a row - consistency is key! Scheduling 2 lesson initially and then tell a parent that there are no afternoon appointments for weeks is frustrating to say the least and disappointing for two very exited children! I know at least two more families that left for the same reason: not enough afternoon and evening appointments- money collected up front but then no lessons... read more
I used to teach swim lessons and coach for a swim team before I moved to Colorado and then I came to Donna's, and I have never seen anything like it! The program alone is amazing not to mention I love how passionate Donna and the staff are about getting children and adults safe in the water. I have been working there now for about 4 years and can truly say that I love my job!
