I cannot believe that Donna Dolphins refuses to honor a 9 year olds Birthday gift!! Not to mention, your internal financial issues are NOT the concern of a young boy. You could have saved a child from disappointment by honoring the companies committments for his Birthday. To the owner, when you purchased the company, you purchased any "problems" associated with that business. It is unfair and EXTREMELY unprofessional to not honor your gift certificates.
