i am a new patient of Dr. Yock's and i am very happy with the entire experience. The staff is friendly and very professional. Dr. Yock is very thorough in her explanation of every procedure performed. I felt at ease during the procedure and am very satisfied with her work. I will highly recommend her to friends and family.

For a person who does not take care of her teeth due to fear of the dentitst, I can say that Donna Yock was very attentive and sympathetic of my needs, ie: fears and apprehensions. She has gentle touch and made me very comfortable during my sessions (lots of them). Overall, I am happy with her service and I intend to keep her as my dentitst as long as my insurance will cover part (most) of the cost.

I used to loathe going to the dentist, huge fear factor, however that has all changed thanks to Dr. Donna Yock. The treatment procedure is explained clearly, which I like. I always ask how long will this take, and very patiently Dr. Yock responds. She is able to make you feel as though you are still in control. Dr. Yock has created an atmosphere of well being, her team of professionals are always at a minimum exceptional. Locating Dr. Yock in Rohnert Park was indeed a great find.

With ex-rays taken and cleaning done I am always pleased with my experience at Dr. Yock's office. I am confident in her professionalism and that of the entire staff. Traveling from Napa to her office is well worth the time and distance.
