I scheduled an annual physical with her as a first time visit i kept calling about getting the paper competed to turn to my job. Then I get a bill and the insurance company says they didn't code it right. I call to inform them of this they now inform me that they don’t do physicals on the first visit and no one at this office advised me of this and because of this they can give me a 40 % discount off of a bill that would be 100% free had they recoded it or informed me of this in the first place
