I had a highly frustrating and unprofessional experience at this clinic. I waited precious 3 weeks towards the end of my insurance coverage to see this TOSH Sleep Clinic designated "Inspire expert," who turned out to be a nurse practitioner. She completely refused to look at or review my previous medical records, including my prior septoplasty and the results of my surgical Drug-Induced Sleep Endoscopy (DISE). Donna Ferrell has been so attentive and supportive with my sudden onset of bloating and pulling my apnea mask off in my sleep. She scheduled a sleep study and my central apnea decreased drastically, however I now have obstructive sleep apnea with 45 events per hour.
