She was honestly pretty rude via text. I hope she isn’t as rude in person as she came across. Seems very unprofessional.
Very unprofessional and poor ethics. We received an offer from someone via agent Donna Jones Craig, we then countered and agreed to their terms. The morning after our realtor repeatedly reached out to Donna with no response. Turns out, she allowed AND even wrote up an offer on another home without speaking to our realtor. This is an extremely unethical decision for a realtor to do with an active negotiation. Very, very poor realtor!
Donna Jones Craig is a wonderful realtor! She helped my boyfriend and I find the perfect apartment! She's super helpful and is great to be around! Thank you !
