Donna has been doing my taxes, both business and personal, for over 20 years. I have recommended her to many friends who have since continued to use her services over the years. Donna and Mark are calm, professional and knowledgeable. She is always helpful with information that makes my yearly bookkeeping easier and tips to make tax time less stressful.
If I could give them zero stars I would. Me and my husband originally scheduled a time to sit down with Donna to do our taxes, but due to the pandemic obviously that was no longer an option. Fine. My husband had asked Mark to have Donna call us in regards to some questions we had. We received a phone call a week later saying our taxes were filed and we owe 4000 dollars with no other explanation.
