Your staff on the phone was so very helpful. We rented without see the resident because my husband is on the list for a lung transplant so we had to move from Boston. Your area looked so much more peaceful and homey . We were right. It’s nice here and the apartment was spotless when we moved in. Thank you very much
Donna court is a great place to live. Dan is a good property manager, whatever I ask him to do it gets done. He is such a nice guy. Danita is a good leasing professional she answers the phone and makes time to hear any inconvenience I have about my place. She makes sure any inconvenience I have is resolved. I love it!
I've been here for years and have never had issues. Lately the noise level has become increasingly loud and management does nothing about it. Not regular cheap apartment noises, but heavy stomping repeatedly all day long. Danita is friendly and helpful. Dan always asks if everything is okay but you have to stay on him to get things done. He still hasn't resolved the noise issues in this complex and I don't think he cares to. Beware.
I would NOT recommend living at Donna court due to the following reasons in my opinion: 1. Unprofessional Management: The property management at Donna Court has demonstrated incompetence and a lack of professionalism. The property manager, Daniel attempted to enter my apartment without any prior notice and under false pretenses. I reported this to his supervisor, Nicholas and I was met with dismissiveness and misleading information. 2.
