I’ve been a resident at Donna’s Court for 4 years . And finally we have a manager who cares. Each time I run into Dan , the manager, he ask if everything ok. I had several issues in and about my apartment building and it was corrected within an appropriate time . Also, there is a member of the office staff that is kind and make sure messages are relayed accordingly to the issues. Her name is Danita. I recommend Donna's Court to anyone.

My partner and I were NOT given our refund within the original 5-7 business days as discussed. Instead they refunded us 6 days after the SECOND time asking for our refund. Whoever was supposed to process our refund did not care enough to process on the day discussed. Due to this horrific application process, my partner left a review fitting of the service we received. I have had an extremely disappointing experience with Donna Court under The Galman Group. There has been a complete lack of communication, unprofessional handling of inspections, and even unauthorized entry into my apartment without prior notice. Despite my attempts to address these issues, I was met with conflicting information and no accountability. While working with Ms. Danita, we had a great time working with Donna courts. Unfortunately things fell off when Dan began to remain in contact with us. We canceled our application with Donna Courts as their policy was dishonest when relayed over the phone versus what was initially stated in the documentation we were provided during the application process.
