I am leaving a five star rating for Donna Christopher’s State Agency in Johnstown PA primarily due to my interactions with one of the staff members in the office, Unica. I was pretty frustrated prior to working with her regarding my issue and was pretty much ready to transfer to another agency for my car insurance. If I could give a 0, I would. After multiple issues with this owner and team, we asked for a meeting to iron out the 5 policies we have with her. Donna confirmed to meet with us. We arrived for our meeting and she was a no call no show. On a positive note, the agent who had to be on the receiving end of my shock when I found out Donna was a no call no show (I even said to my husband before we arrived “I bet you she’s not even here) did a nice job de-escalating the situation.
