My dentist wore cowboy boots. How cool is that? They did not pressure me into extra work I needed done and explained it all to me so that I’d understand completely what was going on. Amanda did superb job on my cleaning. Front desk staff exceptionally helpful and sweet. Entire staff professional and great!!!
This is a terrible place of business and you should stay away. After a few visits there I now suffer from extremely painful TMJ and experienced lockjaw. They don't seem to know the consequences of their actions. Also I've been on hold for almost 30 minutes for something they should have taken care of already. Don't do business with this company, you will regret it.
Billing practices are shady to say the least. Billing for a post op visit after they failed to produce the crown we paid for a month prior....not sure how you can have a post-op visit without the Op. Detailed invoice shown in the office is not the same as what they billed insurance on the Explanation of Benefits. Billed for "Oral Hygiene Instruction" I guess cause they mentioned the word "cleaning" while cleaning. Reflects badly on the dentists despite the fact the dentist I saw did a good technical job. Just want to give a shout out to Donelson Smiles Dentristy for the excellent and heartfelt care that I received on my first visit to a dentist in 3 years because of anxiety, they handled me with care and made me feel comfortable and okay to be there. Will definitely be going back. Thanks again!
