RecommendedWow. I’m amazed at the service I just got. I had my wisdom teeth out and have been so miserable and exhausted so I broke down right when I got in and the dental nurse and the dentist were SO KIND and Warm and made me feel so much better. They really listened and cared. They made a horrible situation a little bit better by being so empathetic and understanding. Thank you!!

No!! BF Had extraction & cut bone fragment out from the last extraction a couple of weeks ago. Has sutures in his mouth. Now the numbness has wore off, he is in a lot of pain & they were calling in pain meds for him. Well guess what, never called them in & it’s Saturday afternoon & Dr Carter is nowhere to be found & hasn’t returned my messages or his emergency staffs messages. Doesn’t seem to care about Patient pain!
Run, dont walk to get an appointment here. Seriously. As someone who has had searched years for a great dentist, I have found it here. Dr Keller and Dr Carter and the staff here are BEYOND incredible especially sweet Marie at the front desk. This isn't a practice where you're just a number or looked at as another dollar sign walking in the door... from day 1 you're a patient there and treated with care and concern. They canceled my appointment they harass you throughout the day and if you don’t answer they cancel it. Some people work during business hours 🙄. I made the appointment and even called to change times. Why the hell cancel it and waste people’s time and money. Anybody know a good dentist in Hermitage this is my last straw with this one. Everyone I refer says the same thing If your not white or have bomb insurance they overlook you even if you could pay cash they judge you before you could. I’m fuming.
Shady billing, canceled appointments, demanding payment before procedure. I have never in my 60 years seen anything like this. An investigation needs to be called on them for sure! To those who wrote similar reviews, please contact me as I am looking into legal action.
DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Worst dental experience I’ve ever had. First, I was having a toothache and needed a cleaning. The spent 5 mins cleaning my teeth. I needed a crown and a mouth guard so I came back a few days later to take care of that. I was moved to 3 different rooms because no one knew which room was clean. I had to schedule an appointment to come back and pickup my mouth guard. When I got there I was told after waiting 30 mins that they couldn’t find my mouth guard. They said the lab lost it. What a horrible experience having a tooth extraction and Donelson Smile Dentistry removing a filling and not wanting to fix what they messed up with. They are not willing to get me in sooner to fix the problem. They will not email back on the problem. I have to suffer and pay out money because of what Jeffery Carter did. I will not recommend this place ever.
After many years of pain and suffering, face disfiguring, fatigue, sadness, numerous of doctor visits; dentists, oral surgeons, dermalologists and so on... I went to my first appointment at Donelson Dental and Dr. A set me free!!! She realized that I had abscesses deep down in my gum. I've still got a long way to go... but I can tell a HUGE difference that the antibiotics have made in just one day. Donelson Dentistry will be my dentist from now on... Thanks to all of you and Dr. A- I love you!!!
