RecommendedAustin arrived right on time, worked efficiently and was a pleasure to have him in my home. Discussed options with me regarding my job.
I needed my kitchen sink faucet and a bathroom sink faucet replaced. I contacted Done Rite and scheduled an appointment. On 10/14/19, Austin arrived and quickly installed my two new fixtures. As a senior citizen, my husband and i depend on trustworthy and reasonably priced services. For these reasons, we will continue to use Done Rite. Austin did great work, cleaned up after himself, and made sure everything was working properly before he left.
My appointment was scheduled at 8am. Prior to Austin, the technician, getting to my house I received notification that he was on his way. Not only did Austin get here on time, he was actually 5 minutes early. Austin exceeded any and ALL expectations by leaps and bounds. I would STRONGLY recommend to use Done Rite Plumbing and ho as far as requesting they send out Austin. I will for sure be using this company for any and all my plumbing needs!!! Thank you so much y'all are AWESOME!!!
Very pleased with their service. We had two other companies out to try to solve a problem, and only Done Right was able to adequately solve it.

*****5 Stars***** I called the office this morning at 9 and by 11:30 David showed up ready to work. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, honest and kind. He was up front about the costs and had my problem fixed in less than 30 min. I highly recommend this company and will use them for everything going forward!
