Prompt, detailed and Solid
This time .....our second time around to use Done-Rite for plumbing problem; this time major sewer pipe cleanout and major change from clay to plastic! Work well done professionally and expert level! Thank you Christian for doing the 8 hour work on a New Years Eve day for my family to have a Happy New Year.... New Pipe..... New bathroom!!! I will definitely use them again again and again! Thank you Dave and staff for working with us making our stress less on a holiday!!

I like that this is a private company rather than a big chain. Great customer service, professional, and quick to respond. I recommended them to my neighbor, and they were the ONLY ones who responded - actually came out on a holiday weekend and fixed the problem.
