Great experience! Answered all questions and emails, had all paperwork ready and waiting. Overall I would highly recommend Done Deal Motors!
I emailed the day before and in the morning I called. We arrive there one other person there test driving a car. It wasn't busy. The staff didn't know where the car was parked, my husband found it but they didn't know where the keys were so we waited for a bit and they couldn't find the keys. The next day we got a call that the keys were found. I know this stuff happens but I had emailed and called about this car, for good customer service you should be ready. Shoppers for manual cars are easy to come by.

Responded via email and phone. Stayed they would not move on price. Called days later after I'd bought from someone else that they might deal on price. Too late. I had cash in hand and was ready to buy.

My experience with the dealer was good. They are very nice people who are willing to help. I am pleased with the purchase I made. My thanks to Matt, Eddie, Dietrich, and Shaunee. I wanted to work with them on the price, since it is above KBB but in the end the vehicle was unique and difficult to value. Mechanically the vehicle is very sound. Slow response, I had to call to schedule a time to see the car. Did not want to negotiate price at all. Did not call to notify that the car was being looked at by another interested party. Did not buy, and do not recommend.
