Was contacted quickly but not pressured. Only reason I didn't buy is because I refinanced my current loan.
Very Informative and quick
Salesperson was not that knowledgeable about the vehicle but the GM was. They were not willing to negotiate on the price of the truck and offered me less than market value for my trade. It just didn't work out but they clearly know how to run their business for profit.
Charging three times what the vehicle is worth and then argued as to why this 6000 vehicle is worth 15000. Refused to budge on price and was rather rude.
Very easy to deal with, everyone I dealt with were attentive and not pushy. I was shocked that I was approved within minutes especially on a Saturday and if I wanted to wait I could have driven my new SUV that day! Other used car dealers I have dealt with have been shady and the cars are beat up and not what they advertise total waste of time. Done deal is the polar opposite. Quality super clean cars with a variety of price range and vehicles to choose from. They are exactly what they advertise! Very happy with my expirience

Very pleasant, not pushy, interested in what I am looking for; followed up afterwards.
Car was overpriced, though it was a nice example with low miles. There are no negotiations. They did have another car there but I believe it's gone now. The woman wo called was polite and tried several times to get me to go look at the overpriced car. I dropped it.
