Agreeing with the other negative review. They lie, and they just want your money. The communication is awful and she will ghost you for months as units go up for rent The units themselves are fine, but they will do nothing to ensure your satisfaction with upkeep. If you are retired with lots of money to waste, they'd love to have you. Some of the worst property management I have ever seen, renter beware
Maintenance staff is great, the owners, management, not so much. Maintenance can’t do much when owners/management do not communicate with maintenance, and it falls back on them unfortunately. Overpriced for small apartments with nothing special to them. Limited storage space, nothing is included at all. You’ll get complaints about having guest over, and told what you can’t do, while other residents are doing those exact things as well. They are not mindful and caring at all. They just want your money.
Very well built and nice views and no long wait times for maintenance
