Didn't have the best experience here but I must say the customer service is remarkable. The staff at the Appleton location is pleasant and helpful. Julie- the manager is a very polite lady and during our first conversation, I could immediately tell that she had exceptional customer service skills. I was pleased to see that this company truly lives up to their 100% satisfaction guarantee
