I dropped off a leather coat in the middle of November asking them if they could repair a ripped seam. They said yes and sent it to a place in Neenah for repair. I was supposed to be able to pick it up on November 26th. Subsequent phone calls followed with assurances to get my coat. One employee offered to go pick it up herself. Needless to say, I don’t have the coat nor does anyone seem to know where it is. It’s a pricey men’s coat with a great deal of meaning for my husband.
Truly top notch service. Brett went out of his way on a holiday (when they weren’t even scheduled to be open) with super short notice to ensure I could have my military dress uniform cleaned and turned around in about an hour so that I can swear my nephew in tomorrow as a United States Marine. He took such great care of us and is a true reflection of what caring for your customers is all about. Thank you Brett for dropping off my dry cleaning!!! It was an unexpected surprise to answer my door with you standing there with my dry cleaning. I had gone in and my items weren't ready and just happen to be in the neighborhood. I didn't think anything of it and was planning to go back Monday. The next thing I know about an hour later my door bell rings! You have definitely made me a customer for life and that is what creating a member experience is all about!!!
