Very disappointed that this small business has gone down hill. Like other postings, good luck getting them to call you back. They did our entry-way and dining room about 10 years ago and they were beautiful. We wanted to get our kitchen done to match and they just will not return calls or email. I even stopped by 3 times. Once, there was an older lady in the office and she took my name and number. I explained they have done our floors in past and would like to get another room done. WARNING: your floors will look so good you will want to redo your whole house. Eddie and his team came in and they were professional, effective, and delivered exactly as promised plus more. If they don’t respond right away, it’s because these guys are the real deal and are in high demand. They’re busy! Wait your turn and you won’t be sorry. We certainly weren’t.

Eddie and his team did an outstanding job refinishing the floors in my home. He corrected mistakes done by another contractor and stuck with the job until I had really beautiful oak floors that were exactly what I was looking for. I really appreciated his commitment, customer service, and attitude. And I would definitely go with him again. Thanks Eddie!
