Very disappointed that this small business has gone down hill. Like other postings, good luck getting them to call you back. They did our entry-way and dining room about 10 years ago and they were beautiful. We wanted to get our kitchen done to match and they just will not return calls or email. I even stopped by 3 times. Once, there was an older lady in the office and she took my name and number. I explained they have done our floors in past and would like to get another room done. WARNING: your floors will look so good you will want to redo your whole house. Eddie and his team came in and they were professional, effective, and delivered exactly as promised plus more.
