i hate to jump on the bandwagon, but this plumbing crew really deserves the 5-star rating. We had a leak in our main water service line, and the whole process moved fast from the first call to the final repair. i called early in the morning, and someone answered right away. Not long after that, mateo came out to inspect the line, scope the issue, and explain what was going on in simple terms. I have an older block home, and the tub/shower valve started dripping again not long after I changed the stem washer myself. I called Donald & Sons Water Heaters LLC, and Antonio came out for the plumbing repair. He explained in simple terms that the washer was only part of the problem and that another worn valve part deeper inside the wall also needed to be replaced to fully stop the leak. My hot water line was leaking at the shutoff valve, and tightening it did not fix the problem.
