Dr. Harrell, I am writing the negative review regarding my first visit to your office on December 2, 2025, which was scheduled as a routine checkup and cleaning after learning that my wife’s and my previous dentist was no longer in network with our insurance and that your office was. During my visit, the dental hygienist informed me that the measurements on all four of my back teeth were between 5–7 and that a deep cleaning/descaling would be required. What a wonderful experience I had today. I recently relocated here and needed a new dentist. What a blessing to visit this office. The doctor was knowledgeable, personable and thorough. What a great education in dentistry he has! His staff and assistant were so pleasant to work with as well. I highly recommend this dentist if you are looking for a great dentist that truly cares. A++
