Good listener, open to questions, he and his staff during my endoscopy procedure were nothing less than a class act. Attentive , professional, explained each and every step of the process. They made me feel comfortable, supported and in good and caring hands. Dr. Lum meet with me after and was reassuring and gave us the information we needed. I can only highly tank and recommend Dr. Lum and his associates.
