Dr Lum made me comfortable the moment he introduced himself when I was wheeled into surgery. He included the anesthesiologist and OR nurse(?) in his statement that they would take good care of me.
He is very thorough and explains everything well.
Unfortunately, I’m in a high risk pool for colon cancer. For 16 years, Dr. Lum has performed multiple colonoscopies to keep me ahead of any cancer occurrence. He has always been candid about my condition & scheduling procedures in a timely way. And I appreciate that he’s consistently prompt when responding to my questions & concerns.
Dr. Lum and his team were very courteous and professional. I appreciated them keeping the mood light which helped me relax.
Dr. Lum was great. Have two procedures over a 12 year period and both events were very professional.
I came in for a consultation for a colonoscopy and Dr Lum started lecturing me about vaccines! That is something that I discuss with my primary care physician. He was rude and arrogant. I wanted to bolt from the office. This guy is an ego maniac, not interested in the patirnt but in listening to his own voice. Stay away!
The facility is run with expertise and precision, and at no time do you feel ignored or less than their first priority. Dr. Lum is amazing. He takes the time to listen to your concerns, and gives you answers that are thoughtful and to the point. With that said, you would expect a sterile experience, but to the contrary, you are always treated with compassion and respect. I would recommend this clinic and its staff to anyone needing help with their GI issues.

Dr. Lum was the most dismissive, cruel Doctor I have ever worked with, and I have worked with alot. Though my condition is rare, he took no time to understand it nor try to treat it. I give this Doctor zero stars. Zero. Worst Doctor ever
