I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They are gentle and careful while they were flossing and performing other work on my teeth. Dr. Hardee and Dr. Rose are great. The whole office is wonderful - you are in and out very quickly; the hygenists are nice and friendly; the waiting area feels homey; Of the 3 dentists Ive been to in my life Dr. Hardees office ranks #1 by far.
Both Dentists are friendly and professional. The staff have always been courteous and caring.
