I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence.

Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music

It is right off the freeway and close to everthing Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations

Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. I was amazed at how much better I felt after my adjustments. I was worried that my adjustments were going to be painful but they were extremely careful.
