Both my girls have seen Dr. Hackenburg since birth and he’s always taken great care of them! He’s very honest with concerns and takes the time to make sure all questions are answered!
I had the most Bizarre encounter with Michelle at the front desk- I just moved here from another state and would like a new pedi for my daughter, she said she could not be seen unless something was wrong with her and that she could not help with docs for child care- She made it so uncomfortable, confusing and uninviting that I told her this obviously not the office for us. Its a shame - Customer Service is Key- but after reading the other reviews I get it. Such A Shame
STAY AWAY FROM THIS DOCTOR! DO NOT TRUST THIS DOCTOR WITH CARE FOR YOUR CHILDREN! HIMSELF AND HIS IGNORANCE NEEDS REPORTED. Pay close attention to the negative reviews. He doesn't care about his patients. He will waste you and your child's time with rushing through barely examining, and purposely misdiagnose acting like your child has nothing wrong going on, just to leave your child sick and suffering and the sickness to develop worse.
