Dr.Chuang is a very Good Doctor and a Professional at what he does.
Highly recommend for treatment of frozen shoulder. First of all, the office is very well run and professional. I was able to get an appointment, be seen by a nurse, get immediate imaging and then meet with Dr. Chuang in what feels like minutes. In the amount of time it usually takes to wait to see a doctor, the team had already accomplished so much. I was suffering from severe pain in my right shoulder. Dr. Chuang couldn't have been kinder or more helpful when treating my broken wrist. He was incredibly detailed in his treatment and took the time to explain everything to me thoroughly. I was seen quickly and all the office staff were really lovely. Highly, highly recommend!
I had an appointment of 3:30pm but I was not even called in the room until 4:05pm and then I had to cancel my appointment because I had some other priorities as well. The staff is not so friendly and didn't even bother to go inside find out more. They don't take patients without appointment and if you take appointment, they don't care that patients can also have some other work. I will never see this doctor anymore, so disappointed because I live far from their office location in Jersey City.
Dr. Donal Chuang has been very professional. He offered surgery as my best option of my left wrist fracture , and I am so grateful that I took his prognosis of my ordeal. He walked me through thoroughly and I would highly recommend him again. My healing after the surgery has been superb and not too far away from complete. His staff has been thorough and diligent in the whole process . Thank you
