Was discussing my grandkids dentist visit with her today age 8 and she was telling me how sad her visit was her mom not being able to go back with her and the nurses using bad grownup words in front of her behind the door. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. Definitely doesn’t sound like the place to be taking kids.
Definitely don't agree on the children having to go back alone, ESPECIALLY if they're scared! Doctor policy or not, parents should be allowed to go back with their child/ren!!!! My child has been going here since the age of 1 and I've never had a problem until recently!! The receptionist also needs to adjust her attitude, if working with the public makes you act like that, perhaps you need to find another JOB!

He is a great & caring person! Was willing to work after hours to help my son.
You do have to wait awhile before going to the back. But once back there the staff is friendly.
We have not had to wait long at all, guess we have been lucky there, but everyone in the office are so nice and they make it fun for the kids. Great dentist!
Like other reviews say it is a wait, but they're super busy every time I go. It does take time to tend to each and every child there. They're really good with my kids.
