Was this dentist's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Were you able to watch TV during your dental procedure? No, but I was able to read a magazine Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment? Yes, they called me a few days before my appointment Does this dentist use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures? Not at all! They always have my best interest in mind

Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision Do this dentist have a good professional reputation among other dentists? Yes, other dentists refer to him/her when they need advice Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely!

Yes Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available for emergencies/urgent issues. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Highly recommend Dr. Donahue and his staff.

Yes Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures? No, they never pressured me Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!
