Traded in my Chevy Cruze because I’d had problems with it from day 1. Guess where the Sentra I bought on June 28 is right now? In the service center because it doesn’t work. And the part to fix it? Backordered and no date on when they’ll get it. But it’s “drivable”, so they want there rental back. Fun times so far speaking with the dealership and Nissan themselves. I don’t care about repairing it. I want a different new car. Not doing this again. That’s why I got rid of the old one. A new car should work right out of the box... read more
I had a lease through a Nissan in California and I had a Murrano previously that was dangerously close to going over the mileage and we still had another year and half until the end of my lease. Our dealer, ART HOYT, took REALLY good care of me and my family and got us out of the previous lease early and into another car lease for a pathfinder and we were only there a few hours... we definitely appreciate his dedication, his loyalty, and honesty to our family to make sure we were taken care of properly!!!!! Jessica made sure what car I wanted and made sure that I was happy with the car I finally got. Jessica is a wonderful salesperson. Frank the manager helped me as well. Don Williamson Nissan is definitely a dealership to visit before heading to anywhere else. I just arrived from japan and needed a vehicle Asap. Upon arrival I was walking around and ran into Tristan Sorensen instantly he was willing to help. Gave me a ride to all the cars I was interested in and allowed me to test drive them and gave me all the knowledge he had of the car. How long it was on the lot ,who owned it.
