I bought a used car from Don Welch. He advertised the car as having 41,000 actual miles. I bought the car. Less than 24 hours later and about 6 hours of driving the motor blew. The rods and main went out. I asked Don to pay for a portion of the cost of a new motor. That's it. I didn't ask for a refund. I didn't threaten. Don ignored all of my communications. He wouldn't respond or return my calls or emails. He also ignored the BBB complaint I filed. His silence speaks volumes. Don, you are a shameful person.

One of the most professional and honest dealers I have ever encountered . Clem and Don are always helpful and they respond to your emails and calls promptly. When they sell a car, they make sure it is in a very good condition , complete the inspection (free of charge) and then sell it to you. I got a 2007 Accord from them at a very very reasonable price.
