DON WALKER A GREAT LANDLORD I Have Been Renting From DON WALKER RENTALS For Over 2 Years And Cant Say Enough About The Company! His Company Have Been Great Landlords! Rent Is Very Reasonable,And I LOVE MY APARTMENT, As Far As Upkeep On The Property They Do An Exellent Job....KUDOS TO THE STAFF ALSO THEY ARE ALL VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KIND THEY TAKE TIME TO GET TO KNOW YOU PERSONALLY.i hope to be here for many more years.

I was told the remodel I purchased was on sewer, after having the plumbing back up I am told it is on a 60 year old septic system. He says he will do nothing and it will cost thousands to connect to the city sewer.

Five Stars-- I rented a 5 bedroom 3 bathroom house from Don Walker. At first I was a little intimidated because they are very strict and come off as a little intimidating because of that. I met one of the previous tenants who just moved out when I first moved in and they told me that they didn't get their deposit back. (which scared me!) Turns out their dog destroyed the property and that's why they didn't get it back! (there were tons of scratches on the bathroom door and flooring in my house from their dog.) Anybody know if they give deposits back? I'm trying to decide if I want to spend money paying to have my place cleaned in order to get my $500 back.
