Dr. Tibercio is great. The office staff is not. When I called the office to talk about severe pain after an extraction, I was told the office was closed for the holidays and Dr. Tibercio was not there. I was given a website to go to to find another dentist in the group. I contacted another office and was told that Dr. Tibercio was in the office and had patients scheduled.
