I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership and from start to finish Carl and Josh made everything easy and convenient. The evening I drove the car home I noticed an issue and with the HVAC system. I reached out to Carl and the next morning he had his technicians diagnosing and correcting the issue. If anyone is looking for a new/used vehicle I’d definitely give Carl and Don Thornton Cadillac a call!
