We purchased a used 2016 Escalade from Don Thornton Cadillac. Made the deal over the phone after seeing just a few pics from our awesome sales woman, Ali Smith. She emailed me a deal sheet to sign and held the vehicle until the following week when I could pick it up. We came across a trade-in (Lincoln Aviator) that we loved that was at Don Thornton Cadillac. We live out of state and initially saw it on autotrader.com and called the dealership directly to get more information. Ali Smith worked with us from the start and made the process of buying and hauling the vehicle to us seamless. She was responsive and so kind without being pushy. Buying experience from them is excellent ! All the staffs were friendly right when we walked in… Im from IL and they made sure i was in and out so i can hit the road and make it back on time back home. Went in to see a car that was posted on the internet. My salesman Carl was the best ever. Made it so easy and worked to make sure everything went smoothly. He listened to all my questions and took the time to set in the car and explained how everything worked. I couldn't be more happy with my car buying experience. He is the best!!!
I have tried my hardest to buy vehicles from them but to no success. We buy cars often and would have loved to build a relationship with them and be a repeat customer. They don’t communicate and they give the run around constantly. We have now purchased 2 Escalades this year(one being a V) and neither one came from this dealership.
