Even though I didn't make a purchase at Don Sitts a few weeks ago, I would like to Thank General Manager Ed, for reaching out to me and trying to correct the situation that I had with my salesperson. I was referred by a family friend when I was looking to sell my Mom’s car. My Mom has Dementia and I knew it was going to be hard for me to do. Much to my despair, Don and team made this so much easier than I expected! They were all so welcoming, friendly, comforting... I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!!
