Don’t expect honest pricing. If there is a dealer that has the same bike you want for only $100-500 more, buy it there instead. I was buying a new bike and asked for out the door pricing at a few dealers within 200 miles of me (since I don’t have a dealer close to me that carries Kawasaki.) Pretty disappointed, I paid 3x the price of other places solely because I was told my part would be there in 2 days MAX. Had to miss a ride and cancel plans and a week later still no part.
Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. Could have resolved my issue relatively easily, but opted to be difficult and unhelpful. Buy elsewhere for a better, and frankly more "normal" customer service experience.
Adam in parts went above and beyond to track down the parts I needed and get me back on the road after an unexpected breakdown. Adam didn't look at my parts as a $12 sale. He understood the need for me to travel with my fellow riders on our big journey. This is my new home for all my riding needs.
Jake and the crew were very helpful, friendly, patient, and professional when I bought my 2015 Kawasaki Concours in January 2016. It was worth 11 hours round trip.
Called one day to ask about a new 2014 Concours they had in stock and got Jake Mooney on the phone. He answered every question I had. Called him back the next day to put down a deposit with intention of making the 185 mile drive to pick it up the next Wednesday. Well plans changed and I was able to go pick it up the next day. I called and let Jake know I would be there till around 6pm. The drive took me almost 45 minutes longer than expected.
