I ordered Rock Sliders and never received them. Tracking shows that they were sent back to this company. I’ve called and emailed several times in the past two weeks and yet to receive a status update on my refund. Juan said he would get back with me when I initially called. Still waiting!
I called asking to purchase tires for my suzuki and after giving them my tire size, they told me they had one in stock, and would have to order the other, but then they paused and the salesperson was talking to a manager and then told me they decided they were "too busy" and my motorcycle was too old to put new tires on and they didn't want to do the job all of a sudden, I called another dealer and they had no issues with my bike. they lost a customer and I will spread the word not to go here

Stumbled across Don and Roy’s when I couldn’t find the part I was looking for on other sites. Not only did they have what I needed in stock, it was cheaper than I could find elsewhere and their shipping was fast and free! Will definitely be doing business with them again.

Rude. I called after placing an online order and wanted to add to my order and asked to pay extra for them to ship via FedEx. Guy said no. I said well I really don’t like postal service because they leave the packages in the driveway. He said no, I said well I was going to place another order, he mumbled something about 33 orders and HUNG UP on me. He also canceled my online order without telling me. Ordered a Christmas present for my husband after speaking with them on the phone. Super nice to work with and they were open about not guaranteeing delivery by Christmas. Somehow they pulled it off and the gift arrived with days to spare! Thanks guys!

Waste of time. Had a price worked out. Went to my bank and got everything lined up so we could have papers faxed. Sat down to do paperwork and the price went up. Had them bring out the original agreement and they flat out said they couldn’t honor that anymore. It was a week and a half. Had nothing to do with rebates.
