From out of the area on vacation and needed service on jetski. Called and talked to service manager said he couldn’t get part but if I could get it they could work on it right away. Called back two different times to say part was come overnight. Dropped off jetski on Saturday and came back with part on Tuesday Drove 2 hours to drop off part. RecommendedCame here after an awful experience at Action Power Sports and Don and Roy’s was wonderful! Obi was very helpful and Craig worked fast and efficiently. Also was almost HALF the price as the other dealership. Definitely recommend.
Customer service was very rude. They would not come and help us and when they did they clearly did not want to. We were going to buy from here but after dealing with them we will go somewhere else

AVOID THIS PLACE!!! THEY ARE CROOKS!!! I took my bike in ONLY to get the chain adjusted & the mechanic also tightened the clutch cable. The clutch cable ended up breaking 15MIN AFTER LEAVING THE SHOP so I took the bike back in. They are now asking for $250 before THEY CAN EVEN START LOOKING INTO THE PROBLEM. The manager told me the clutch breaking right after they tightened it "WAS JUST A COINCIDENCE". These guys are crooks! Worst costumer service I have ever experienced HANDS DOWN!
