Tried to give Don Rich Ford every chance to be fair and hire technicians that have quality control and good service. Even lowered the bar for just good service, they have disappointed us for the third time. Once on them, second time shame on us, third time FIND A NEW SERVICE DEPARTMENT! Starts at the top.
