Don once again saved the day for me, with a quick response and by showing up the next morning to have a look at my furnace, which was starting to make some noise from the blower area. I had others suggesting that the motor or the ball bearings were going, all costly fixes (from listening to a recording of the sound). I was selling an old house and I need to fix a few plumbing issues, leaking shutoff valves and such. He was busy, but made time to come over and assess the situation with me. He agreed to do the work on Friday, but came earlier on Wednesday to shut off the water in the house and replace what needed to be replaces. Don came out within a day to address our boiler issues which left us with no heat or hot water. Within two days he had not only diagnosed but replaced several parts that had failed due to a corroded release valve. Don's price for the job was below what we were expecting to pay, especially considering the amount of work and parts needed--and the speediness of the repair. Nice guy, to boot!
