Don came out within a day to address our boiler issues which left us with no heat or hot water. Within two days he had not only diagnosed but replaced several parts that had failed due to a corroded release valve. Don's price for the job was below what we were expecting to pay, especially considering the amount of work and parts needed--and the speediness of the repair. Nice guy, to boot!
Don Ranieri Plumbing has been the worst, most incompetent plumber to deal with. Do not ever use him!! He is shady and unwilling to admit when he makes mistakes - and his mistake has cost us thousands. He installed a stainless steel water heater in our home a few months ago. Our glass lined water heater lasted 17 years and gave us no problems until it started tripping our electrical panel. We paid for Don to replace a leaking pipe and install a new shutoff. We had similar work done at our vacation house in CT. Very similar price, but the one in CT was done on an emergency basis, plumber stayed for 4 hrs until job completed. This was also on a day where he was getting dozens of other calls, but he stayed to fix our leak. Don came on Fri at 3:30 and said it was too late for any fix, so after 25 min, just left and shut off our hot water to all our bedrooms until he could come back.
